4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Origami and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to theServices, including all software, trademarks, logos, and content.

4.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use theServices solely for your personal or business purposes in accordance with theseTerms.

4.3 User Content remains your property. However, by submitting User Content,you grant Origami a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, store,reproduce, display, and process such User Content solely for the purposes ofoperating, maintaining, securing, and improving the Services, including wheresuch User Content contains personal data processed in accordance with thePrivacy Policy.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

5.1 Origami processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, whichforms an integral part of these Terms.

5.2 By using the Services, you acknowledge that the processing of personal datamay be based on contractual necessity, legal and regulatory obligations, Origami’slegitimate interests, and, where applicable, your consent, as described in thePrivacy Policy.

5.3 The Services are not intended to be marketed, offered, or targeted at residentsof the European Union or any other jurisdiction where such offering would beunlawful or require additional regulatory authorization, unless explicitly statedotherwise by Origami.

6. Fees and Payment

6.1 Access to certain features or services may require payment of fees as describedon the platform.

6.2 You agree to pay all applicable fees in a timely manner.

7. Termination

7.1 You may terminate your account at any time by following the deletionprocedure in your account settings.

7.2 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without notice if youviolate these Terms or applicable laws.

7.3 Upon termination, your rights to use the Services cease, but any accrued rightsor obligations survive.

7.4 Termination or deletion of an account does not require Origami toimmediately delete all related data. Certain data may be retained in accordancewith the Privacy Policy where required for legal, regulatory, compliance,accounting, audit, or dispute-resolution purposes.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of anykind.

8.2 Origami does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Origami shall not be liable for anyindirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use ofthe Services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Origami, its affiliates, officers, andemployees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arisingout of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Services.

11. Changes to Terms

11.1 Origami reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specificallythe Free Zone jurisdiction where ORIGAMI OG - FZCO is registered.

12.2 Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably. If unsuccessful, disputes will besettled by the competent courts of the Free Zone.\

13. Miscellaneous

13.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with other Origami’s documents,constitute the entire agreement between you and Origami.

13.2 Severability: If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified toreflect the intent, and the rest remains in effect.

13.3 No Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.

13.4 Assignment: You may not assign your rights without prior written consent.Origami may assign its rights.

13.5 Independent Contractors: Nothing creates a partnership or agencyrelationship.

14. Compliance and Sanctions

14.1 You represent and warrant that you are not subject to any sanctions orembargoes imposed by international bodies or jurisdictions.

14.2 You will not use the Services in violation of such sanctions.

14.3 Users are responsible for informing themselves about and complying withany restrictions and/or requirements imposed by laws or regulations applicable intheir jurisdiction regarding access to the Organizer’s platform.

15. Risks and Warnings

15.1 Digital assets, including tokens and stablecoins, are subject to high marketvolatility and risks, which may result in partial or total loss of value. Participantsshould carefully assess their financial situation, risk tolerance, and investmentobjectives before participating.

15.2 Origami does not guarantee any profits or returns from the use of its Services,bots, or trading strategies. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

15.3 The Services rely on complex technology, including blockchain, APIs, andthird-party exchanges. Failures, bugs, outages, or cyber-attacks may occur,leading to loss of funds or service disruption.

15.4 Cryptocurrency regulations vary by jurisdiction and may change rapidly. Suchchanges can impact the legality, availability, or functionality of the Services.

15.5 You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys, private keys, passwords,and other sensitive information. Origami is not liable for losses due tocompromised credentials or unauthorized access to your accounts.

15.6 The Services do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Youshould seek independent professional advice before making any investment ortrading decisions.

15.7. Participants bear full responsibility for any taxes, fees, or other expensesrelated to receiving, owning, or using digital assets. The Organizer disclaims anyliability in this regard.
